Emilia Bianco

Emilia co-founded Altitude Recruitment in 2026 with a clear purpose: to build a recruitment  business that genuinely puts people first.  

Her career developed across client/customer positions in a variety of industries before entering recruitment. Prior to her most recent position in recruitment, Emilia worked within the travel  industry, where she developed an extensive background in client relationship management, working not just locally in Guernsey, but across global teams. That breadth of experience gave  her something some recruiters lack: a deep, practical understanding of what meaningful  partnership actually looks like at every level, driving proactive conversations around solution  based problem solving and going above and beyond for clients and customers alike.. 

Emilia is a proactive and driven professional whose approach combines curiosity, creativity, and  energy with an unwavering commitment to results. She leads by example, fostering trust,  empowering those around her, and ensuring that every interaction delivers genuine value. Her  focus on integrity and collaboration is not incidental; it is the foundation of everything she does which she has implemented across all industries and which allowed her to become a reputable  recruitment professional across the Channel Islands. 

Beyond her professional work, Emilia is actively involved in the Guernsey business community  as Vice President and Memberships Secretary of the Young Business Group Guernsey (YBG) a 

role that reflects both her commitment to the island and her belief in the importance of building  something that lasts.

Co-Founder & Director

Bill Jackson

Bill Jackson is a Guernsey-based recruitment leader with a career spanning entry-level through  to board-level appointments, operating across multiple jurisdictions and sectors. His recruitment expertise covers financial services in its entirety, law, and the commercial industry, with a  particular focus on offshore recruitment that has taken him well beyond the Channel Islands. 

Most recently serving as a Director, Bill combined full-time sales performance with people  leadership, strategic delivery, and market development. He has spearheaded long-term multi sector projects, opened new markets, and built and managed teams with a demonstrable track  record of exceeding targets. His approach is relationship-led, backed by a substantial global  network and hard-won experience delivering results in fast-paced, high-expectation  environments. 

Bill has spent the majority of his recruitment career in people-management positions whilst also being a 360 recruiter. Being previously named as the youngest Director in a prior employer’s company history, he has invaluable experience within senior leadership.

The launch of Altitude completed a full circle moment for Bill, as his family had set up one of the founding recruitment company’s in the Channel Islands in the 1980’s.

Bill co-founded Altitude in 2026 to do things differently, to build a recruitment business with the  senior expertise and strategic thinking of a large firm, but the integrity, care, and personal  accountability that only a founder-led business can offer.
